The Casio Exilim EX-ZS10 - A Good Camera?
When looking for a good point-and-shoot camera, you have your work cut out for you. There are a seemingly endless selection of pro-sumer grade digital cameras to choose from. We recently purchased the EX-ZS10 as a replacement for the previous Casio camera we had. How does it fair? Read on!
The Casio EX-ZS10 is a 14.1 MP camera with a 5x optical zoom. It comes in several colors, we chose black.
Improvements
One of the great things about this camera is that Casio made a smart decision to stick with a familiar, probably updated, theme in the settings and preset selection area. This drastically reduces the learning curve for working with the new camera.
In addition to the improved user interface and upgraded hardware, the Casio EX-ZS10 now sports a video button that will power the camera on and immediately begin recording video. This is a welcome feature as I find any phone or camera typically slow at being ready to record information.
Summary
This has turned out to be a great purchase and I would definitely recommend this camera.
