Jack is still jipping me

Here we go again... Its been over a month since I reported about the unfortunate interactions regarding my purchase of 2 windows from Jacks Wholesale Windows.  Currently its been over 100 days since the date of purchase and I still have partially installed crooked windows.

Another installer comes out to our house to install the replacement sashes that the previous installer deemed crooked.  Not surprising, the installer places them and finds that the frames themselves are crooked.  He laughs when my wife tell him that the caulk is not right and has been cut by the other installers.  The installer says there is nothing else he can do at the time and asks my wife to call and schedule a new appointment to finish the caulk job and get straight frames.

I place a call to Jacks Wholesale Windows and beg for somebody who cares about the situation.  They pass me around a few departments and I end up with a polite and caring individual in the marketing department.  He schedules a less intrusive Saturday date for fixing the situation and provides me with his cell number to report any issues arising from the next appointment.

We wait around for 3 hours on a Saturday to have the original installer return to our house and fix his original shoddy work.  He never shows.  I call my contact at JWW and when they return my call, they explain that the installer hasn't made any of his appointments that day.  The employee goes on to explain that our salesman was fired for drinking on the job.  Classy.

I wonder if I'll ever get the windows that I paid for...

Jack's Redemption

This situation is currently in the process of being repaired.  A representative of Jacks Wholesale Warehouse has visited the house and helped restore my confidence in their business.  I will post an update once this issue is completely resolved.
