Tonight I sent a request to Cooper Wiring to help me with some issues that I have had with two of their devices, RF9534-N. The first Z-Wave device I tried to install blue up when I followed the directions that came with the product. I hopped online and found an update product manual on their site that had the correct wiring. Now the dimmer works great by itself. Unfortunately it doesn't play at all with any of my Z-Wave devices and it doesn't appear to allow any sort of resetting. Cooper Wiring, please help.

Customer Service,
Last week I purchased two RF9534-N 600W Z-Wave enabled dimmers for my home. These devices have Red, Blue, Black, and Ground wires. The instructions that came with both items only included wiring for Red, WHITE, Black, and ground wires. I falsely assumed that the White wire must have been changed to Blue at some point and proceeded to wire the device. When I turned on the breaker and closed the (Air gap?) switch, the LED's flash green for a moment and then I hard a POP. The device didn't work. I began to smell an burn electronic smell so I turned off the breaker. A short while later I scoured the internet and found a more up to date manual on of your websites.
The second dimmer hooked up just fine. The LED's immediately came on solid blue and I was able to dim the light and turn it on and off by manually pressing the buttons. This was the first Z-Wave product in my house. Shouldn't it have flashed blue? I have since added other Z-Wave products from vairous vendors (Intermatic, Wayne Dalton, Mi Casa Verde Vera) to my home network and all of them pair up and work with each other for the most part. I am unable to reset the RF9534-N and get it paired with my z-wave network.
Please help. This has so far proven to be an awful and expensive endeavor. I purchased these items through zwaveproducts.com but they have been completely unresponsive. Shouldn't this device have come with the proper wiring diagrams? Shouldn't this device work with other Z-Wave devices and controllers the way it says it does in the instruction manual? I have a lot invested in your products, please help.
Thank you,
Let see how it goes...
