Well its been a week since I started this thread covering my purchase experience from zwaveproducts.com, and I must say that I've grown a lot as a human being in this time. I've learned patience, a new way to look at frustration, and the value of the dollar.

I had a similar/worse problem
zwaveproducts.com is mostly a scam. They don't have a phone number you can call. They don't answer emails. They don't allow you to unsubscribe from email lists. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I had products that were NEVER delivered. I had to cancel with my credit card company.
