WDHA-12 from Wayne Dalton

I bought this Z Wave Home Controller (Gateway) as part of a Garage Door Conversion Kit from The Home Automation Store [site].  It was a pretty straightforward online shopping experience.  One of the better carts I've seen for a Home Automation site, though the site appearance was a bit lacking.

So far the purchase has been just barely on this side of regret.  The WDRR-372 Conversion module and the 3973CR Wireless Key chain both setup fairly quick.  The Gateway, however, came with no instructions to speak of and searching the Wayne-Dalton site only landed me a slightly (older) different model that features a PROGRAM button.  This one had no such thing.

I was able to add two of my devices (HA01) to a scene, however I was only able to turn them on - not off.  Disappointing... wasn't the promise of Z wave to be a more user friendly experience??

Once my Vera issues were resolved, I was able to add this device as a secondary controller to my Z-Wave network.  I'm now able to use the keychain remote (3973CR) to turn control scenes from a good distance away (end of the driveway).
